
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of the products supplied, Oil-Online.co.uk is unable to accept returns except in the following circumstances:
1.1 An error has occurred during order fulfilment (incorrect item supplied); or
1.2 The product received is faulty or damaged.
2. Notification of Return
2.1 Customers must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the goods if they believe an incorrect or faulty product has been supplied.
2.2 Notification should include the order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.
2.3 Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
3.1 Any product approved for return must be:

In its original, untampered packaging

Free from any signs of damage, contamination, or alteration
3.2 Oil-Online.co.uk reserves the right to inspect all returned items prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
4.1 Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the outcome.
4.2 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
4.3 Refunds will cover the product cost only; delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product fault.
4.4 If a replacement product is authorised, it will be dispatched as soon as the returned item has been verified and approved.
5. Exclusions
5.1 Returns will not be accepted for:
